Ive searched the land far and wide
For someone to be by my side
So could it possibly be
That you will be the one to love me?
You could easily put me down
Or maybe lift me off the ground
Let me simply drown
Or leave without a sound
All Im asking for
Is a place in your heart
That and nothing more
Unless youd rather tear me apart
I leave the decision to you
So what will you do?
For far and wide Ive ran
So am I good enough to be your man?
