We sit so close tonight
So I shall make a toast
To everything in my life that is right
And to the one I care about most
Heres to all the nights
When we were together
Bathing in beautiful lights
Hoping it would last forever
Heres to the day
You arrived at my door
That one fine May
So much of you I did adore
Heres to the tears
That we both had cried
When we stood to our fears
And everyone we defied
Heres to the times
When we both felt so alive
That we created perfect rhymes
And everything around us did revive
Heres to you my love
And everything that you do
For you are a perfect dove
Because everything I need is in you
