Once we were there
blissful in love.
With grace and glad
in our hearts.
Once we had loved-
fine and fierce.
Our lips raw with kisses.
Our bodies burning with desires.
Once it happened,unaware.
You said you'd enough.
No fight,no hurt;
just plain drained of love,
and you left me
to die;night after night.
Its hard to bear,
but harder to hear
that,once we were there.

| These are apt words for lost love to each person the pain is deep and cutting. We are without words to describe such a betrayal. Our heart yearns and cries out and that is how it is. Great write. |
