Fleeting moments written on eternitys page Sands of time released to the wind Memory echoes left in the air No beginning, no end
Smiles go on like ripples in pond Good works carry tones to tomorrow Choices made by us today Can carry on joy or sorrow
Leave this earth a better place Than when you first were born With love and kindnesses cape On your heart and soul worn
The energy you project Will flow on for millenniums Positive thoughts and deeds Together we can add up to great sums
Waves of love and peace Health, harmony and light Could wash on forevers shore And illuminate the endless night

Thank you Shari, this is beautifully written. We all must do our part, and pray we can change one thing or more, how we leave our imprint on the world.. is do those things that bring joy to others and to our dear sweet Lord. Our prayers He will answer. The world was not built in one day.. pray each day, on day 7, begin all over again.. pray, those prayers are answered . It may take some time for us to see them being received. They are received. Miracles are real.. they happen.. Perhaps not the ones we want to happen as fast, but those things we pray for will get better. Bless you shari and the entire world. Keep writing these things, what you write will make a difference in the world, and they have. hugs from me, raquelLeah |

An absolutely astounding work or art! I was captivated by each line and carried to the heavens. A classic write complete with perfect narration in tone and spirit. I think this is among the best of your works. And the final stanza gives a completeness most modern poems can not pull off. Definitely a marvelous write!
Superb!
