Grief

Janie looks in the eyes
of all her hate
How she sees Satan in them
All she can think
Is how sorry they'll be
For not accepting her
For who and what she is
All her classmates
Her family too
Will all be sorry
For what they've done
She ties the rope around her neck
And looks back at the endless pain
She pauses only for a second
Then jumps off the rafters
To end it all
