secrets

secrets locked inside of me
festering wanting to be free
exspanding in my chest
finding myself with loss of breath
one day i will slowly over flow
or erupt like a volcano
but either way they will be free
and in doing so destroy me
for they are my poison to the world
my secrets, locked up inside
if they are let out everyone shall see
my deepest fears, the weakness of me
and becaue of this they shall never know
and the secrets will swollow me into their blackhole

An amazing first post !! So much is in here; almost like the
poem itself, is a secret, waiting to burst forth from the pressure
of keeping everything hidden. Wonderful imagery. I love it all!
but especially . . .
"if they are let out everyone shall see
my deepest fears, the weakness of me"
I think more than a few can relate to that. And relate WELL!
