Depression never grows old
Never seems to fade away
Depression sticks with you
even when your on happy pills
No matter how sad i am
i just cant seem to break open
and let the tears come
Cutting skin used to bring great relief
Now it seems even that has dissapeard
Cutting apart my body watching the blood
brought me back to reality, or what i thought of it
No blades left, i sit and right fiercly
Waiting for something more than this
agony i live in
My heart is cold but boiling hot
i cant hurt but i do tend to feel
My heart beats 30 miles a minute
Waiting for my life to collapse
Into nothingness
Thats what i thought but i was wrong
Because im still here

Depression does kill too often. My daughter just went to a funeral that had everything to do with that. It's sad!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
My heart was cold and it sat on a shelf
One day I felt
Felt the love
Felt the high
Felt the life
I desired!!!!
Nothing else!
It took a very, very long time, but it came to be in the end...............
