why do i feel this way
when i speak to you
i just want to be happy
i want you to know the truth
the things you said pierced my heart
and it stopped beating
now i'm speechless
waiting, bleeding
do you have nothing to say
other than how i mean nothing to you
am i really invisible
even after what we've been through
is it a waste of my breath
when my feelings are spoken
do you even care
if my heart is broken
i fear we've lost touch
in just one day
when i said something peaceful
it just went the other way
so why do i feel
the way that i do
when all i really want
is to be real with you
because i got attached
and made you my all
but you weren't even there
when my heart did stall
