The looks of distaste start buring me as I walk away I know the pityless things they think are worse than what they say they dont know what its like living all these lies they dont know how hard it is to see things through my eyes the world around me is twisting my thoughts warping my mind into sickly knots the voices in my head tell me that I'm fine but the road I walk on is a thining line the Asylum is in my future as soon as I get caught but they say I'm already there and this world is all n my thoughts

i liked the lines "living all these lies" and "the asylum is in my future as soon as i get caught" mainly because i think that often. well i recognize the feelings in this poem, i guess thats why i like it...but the word choice wasnt bad either.
