If you only knew of the love that I feel
instead you hold on to him and want him by your side
Maybe one day my heart will reveal
the true feelings that I feel inside
If not it doesn't matter anymore
Why should I be the one
instead in my heart, love will I store
that shines as bright as the sun
it radiates the soul of the one to me near
for she will never again feel fear
maybe you can be her, and close to me
if you only knew that feeling of love so true
then me and you could be
and we would never again feel blue
two souls that will mingle together as one
for our love will never, ever be done
that's the joy that I hope for and pray
that He will bring to me some day
until that time
I wish you only knew
of the love that is mine
and of the love that is true.
