I always said to you since the day i
met you, that i could never forget
you.
I always said that i could never
forget that night, well that night
will forever be ingraved in my
memorie.
I always said to you that you
would never be my past you
would always be my future
and i would never give up
trying to get you back.
Well now i am gonna say
somethings that i should have
told you so long ago, but always
hesitated to tell you.
I always said that i could never
ever live without you, well the
truth is i can live without you
and i am better off without
you in my life.
I always said that you would
be my first and only love, but
to tell you the truth you arent
and i dont need to try and
make you love me.
I love someone new someone
that acutally loves me back,
i realized this past month
that i dont need you in my life
i dont, need you to bring me
down.
I just need myself and the one
that loves me to, so this is
what i have to say to you.
I dont need you anymore,
i dont need to cry about you
anymore your not worth any
tear i have cryed, i dont need
you to stop me from living my
life and you are my past and
thats how you will stay forever
until the day i die.
I am in love with someone that
you said you were but never were
so now i am happy with the one
of my dreams.

i understand completly- ive had to write quite a few farewell/lost love poems- but your so right- go, fly, let him go- im still working on that one:)
