The Raging Storm

A storm is raging
so deep inside
The surge it builds
flows from my eyes
I fill the dam
it's overflowing
I can't contain
my heart's exploding
This storm that rages
within my soul
Floods my being
There's no control
The winds of sadness
from days of yore
Wreak their havoc
upon memories stored
as anger strikes
it sears the heart
Thunder rumbles
I fall apart
In bits and pieces
broken and torn
I'm washed away
Who will mourn?

oh wow, such a dark and passionate write. Flowed perfectly, really smoothly and you described everything just right. Fantastic write i loved it.
