Standing under the eiffel tower
staring at the top
I stand there in this very spot
clouds will pass and rain will fall
but I am not altered at all
People pass by and wonder why
I am the flesh statue
fascinated by the sky
But I am the dreamer
and I am waiting for paper wings
for this I must get rid of all the heavy things
so I stand and I stare,
stare at the very top
because that is all I'll ever want.

This was a beautiful poem.. I liked it alot. And it made me sad in a good way as well.. Written wonderfully...
