Though you never see me cry
That does not mean tears never shed
Though I stand here so alive
Inside I'm so close to being dead
On the outisde I wear a smile
But internally I dont know how
I laugh and joke all the while
Its all an act...should I take a bow?
This happy girl...just isn't me
So why do i pretend
This whole world...was not made for me
There for one of us has to end
So good bye world I never knew
I guess its time to close the curtains
This time I am through
Yes...this time I am certain

| I really liked the beginning but towards the end there was some disconnect. Maybe it was intentional because it's meant to be somber but it seems to lack something that the beginning had. Keep writing! |
