Being stabbed on the inside
Even when I tried
To let the damage heal itself with time
But you were too sublime
I have to be true
I've tried to forget you
And when I reminisce
It brings me to a state of bliss
Waking up from that trance
Nothing's left of our romance
It was once a wondrous castle
Now what is left has become a hassle
Only to you but not to me
Because I have searched through the debris
To find the pieces of what fell apart
But all I could find were pieces of my shattered heart
