At the passing of each day
the world collapses into darkness
The memorys melt
the people fade
and all thier actions slip away
nothing can escape
the emptiness of my mind
save one,
she who cant be lulled
by the sirens call of the void
a figure sharp and resolute
stands in my heart and mind
a saving grace, who will stand true
and keep from me
the demon that is apathy
