THOUGHTS :::::::::::::::::::::::::: Bangkok 1996. Doug. Physically Im a wreck With thoughts going on in my brain. I am sleepless & restless I feel insecure, I feel this will go on for evermore.
Thinking negative thoughts and paranoid Ideas With poor concentration & suicidal fears My behavior is erratic I smoke far too much My appetite is suffering, with food I cant touch.
Why am I seeking to be alone ? Is that the postman? a letter from home Or is that somebody at the door ?. I feel I just cant take this anymore.
What would you do ? If this happened to you , I Just pray to the LORD ! He WILL help me thats TRUE .
Dougnut.

This is very expressive Doug, brilliant. Why is it that when we feel insecure, or depressed that we seek to be alone? I do that too and it's not healthy.

Wonderful openness and excellent expression of the feelings oft rue depression.
But why not just go through it? - these periods of "LOW"are meant to make "Soul".
We grow spiritually by them. Acceptance of it makes for spiritual growth.
KUDOS!
