You see him there with beady eyes Those little hands that grip so strong His little nose that gets so red at night That little bald head that shines in light And I just heard the news a little while ago This little boy is to be my first nephew
Now he's growing, it's been a year Now he walks, with those tiny feet He doesn't really know whats going on But once you look into his eyes you can see That he's learning something new, every day And this little boy is my first nephew
He's got these little ears that are so cute But they grow cold when the wind comes in He's got those tiny teeth and now he speaks Not in a sentence, but he speaks one word And he has that smile that lights up the sky And this child is my first nephew
