Why can't you look at me and see that
I'm not just another girl?
Why can't you talk to me beyond
A meaningless "hey"?
Why can't you hear me?
Hear into my soul and listen to my dreams.
Why can't you notice me?
I'd dye my hair green and still be invisible.
Why can't you include me?
You know what sports I play.
Why can't you ever think of me,
Just a hundredth of the time I think of you?
Why can't you give me a chance?
Everyone says we would work out.
Why can't you wonder
What's going through my mind when I look at you?
Why can't you feel my eyes
Following every move you make?
Why can't you realize
That I always happen to be around?
Why can't you tell
That you take my breath away?
Why can't you understand
That I'm in love with you?

| i understand what you r talk'n bout. but if it's ment to be....it will be. and sometimes its not fair that love can only be felt by one and not the other. but just wait, you never no what tomor might bring! really good write, had strong feeling and some passion. awesome. |
