Little by little
I developed,
I blossomed,I grew up,
in my simplicity,
and I will tell you
the lost minutes
that my heart spent
when,beside yours,
it seemed to escape
quickly from my breast.
I dreamt I could breath
the sun,the fog,the life,
asleep into the cradle
that your arms,
just for me,
had created.
And you,
so beautiful,
so uncertain,
everything seemed so
true,
so empty and wonderful,
and almost eternal...
My feelings
took their place
in my mind,
numb and drunk
because of you,
and they screamed:
SOMETHING'S GOING TO CHANGE!
Oh,if only we could be
closer...
just a bit closer...
Here's the kiss,
which had finally
and sweetly closed
my indocile lips.
I was scared
that in the same moment
when it was happening,
it could fall down
suddenly,
and I felt the tremendous crash
of that kiss
thrown on the bare asphalt.
Now it's raining,
and you are only air,
dumb like air,
invisible like air,
and like the air
you're everything.
And if your heart
would have knocked
at my door,
it could have just spied
the gloomy resignations
of a girl
who had understood,
eventually.
