How does one say farewell to forever?
By just letting one go
Or saying goodbye?
Is it that easy?
To wash it all away
To see it slipping by
Right through ones fingers
To cast it all aside
And see it disappear
Watching love vanish
Into nothingness
If Im sorry wore a mask
It would be of my face
Cast into clay
And destoyed from wrong doings
Cast aside from the lies
And blown into dust
Yet worn through the years
And showing only me
Saddened from the loss
Easily forgotten
Thrown to the wayside
Lies amount to everything
That fades into the misery
That completes ones destiny...
Im sorry for the past
And the way that things ended
Im sorry we faked happiness
Im sorry we pretended
Im sorry for the empitness
The way I made you sad
Im sorry for the happy times
And those that seemed so bad
Im sorry that you found his love
Im sorry for my sins
Im sorry for the misery
Im sorry Im not him
Im sorry for the agony
Im sorry for the tears
Im sorry for the hate we have
Im sorry Im your fears
Im sorry that I lied to you
Im sorry I went astray
Im sorry that youre gone
Im sorry you went away
Im sorry for the words I said
Im sorry for the hate
I never knew the truth you had
The limits you would take
Im sorry for this heartbeat
I wish that it would end
Im sorry we faked love
I thought that we were friends
Im sorry for all of it
Im sorry youre above me
But what hurts me the most
Im sorry you no longer love me
goodbye my love... I'll always remember you... my soulmate...

| I know how you feel. Shouldn't have to say goodbye for any reason not even as friends. Wonderfull write I can feel the pain and hurt that you portray in this writing. Excellent way of showing your emotions. |
