Welcome to the Faceless Gnomes of Zurich,
They really are a most peculiar bunch.
They bankroll most of Europe
And refinance at a gallop,
And theyre often found regurgitating lunch.
Welcome to the Faceless Gnomes of Zurich,
Theyre tiny, and theyre bearded, and theyre Swiss.
Counting pennies in their dungeons
Making sure the Euro functions,
But disturb their dinner parties and theyll hiss.
Welcome to the Faceless Gnomes of Zurich,
Theyre scary but please dont be alarmed.
Calculating interest rates
Checking stock exchange updates,
Bring them biscuits for their tea and theyll be charmed.
Welcome to the Faceless Gnomes of Zurich,
What more do you really need to know?
Making sure theres always cash
In their oh so secret stash,
But theyll never have their breakfast on the go.
