To be with me I give you every hope
And when its not of convenience for you its hard for me to cope
You call me up
And wanna go out
But only when your girl your without
You say you miss our quality time
But your heart wont be and was never mine
You say you think of me with vast regard
If thats the case
Whys this so hard
I give you friendship with a plan
To do for you anything I can
Youve changed alot lately
It worries me greatly
I used to believe every word you said
Now I struggle to figure whats going on in your head
You say one thing and do another
But I dont trip
I give you space so that you dont smother
I want to be close to you
Even though I know Im not supposed to
I dont know what to think of how I feel
Sometimes I wonder am I for real
I give you so much and you dont respond
But then you make it sound like weve got some kind of bond
I give and you take
And every single time I feel the ground shake
