repetition of your individuality
now they say you only conform
fight back with response in the dark
you struggle not to be named the norm
trend follower, you never lead
they shout at you and break your heart
crying, screaming you're not like them
continuing to stab and tear you apart
hovering over you in all my glory
i kick and beat you into your corner
relentlessly i defeat your confidence
they all yell 'we tried to warn her'
passing off the blame, they run
i reach past your beaten spirit
grabbing the knife you had thrown away
i begin to heal you with it
you beg and struggle against my help
because you only want to stay ill
reminding you it's only a disease
filling your gaps with my giant pill
