Absence makes the heart grow fonder, Gives us silent moments to sit and ponder, What would I do if you were sitting next to me, Could i in a literal majestic Heaven be, No I can't give you the answer now, As daily on my humble knees I bow, Everyday to say a prayer above For the man I someday long to love, Pray for him to keep you safe and strong, To keep you from all harm and wrong, To bring you home to what may be, I pray in my heart of hearts that it be me, But for the present time as now, I try to cope but not sure how, feelings I have never experienced never had, I've never felt I needed someone so bad, Someone to make my life complete, All my sources run deplete, So I leave you with this one thought, You my life I have searched have sought, Remember you are never forgotten, You've become my only begotten
