Mind free and body strong
from training everyday
Now I begin the journey today
in dreams to reach the top
Nothing must go wrong
or else im done
never to reach the end
My legs will tire
the air will thin
my head will pound
and my face will pale
I WILL push on my mind is free
I WILL move forward my body is strong
and reach the summit
to complete my dream
