Why do I love him is the question I hear
But him not loving me back is what I fear.
But why I love him is a good question
It's not just an obsession.
Its the way he says he loves me
It would make me shiver at the sight of thee.
Its how he would place his arms around me and hold me tight
Its how he won't let go all night.
Its the way he wants to kiss my cheek
Or how my bedroom at night is where he wants to sneak.
Its the way he would whisper softly in my ear
It's how when he would be around me I feel no fear.
Its how my hand will fit inside yours
Its how he will open all the doors.
Maybe its how he would rather be with me than anyone
Or is it how he lies with me and watches the sun?
