Blaze
When I first laid eyes on you
I thought I could feel a spark
And the butterflies were flapping
A faster beat within my heart
It started with a little glow
So soft you could hardly see
But I could feel it turn into a flame
Every time you walked near me
Each day that weve grown closer
The glow has grown some more
I love this warm sensation
I know its you that I adore
Now the fire within me
Is burning more each day
Its flames are getting higher
Like a bonfire on display
The fire is like an inferno
Raging through my very soul
The heat is consuming
I feel now Im losing control
I hope this feeling never subsides
For you astonish and you amaze
The spark that I once had for you
Deep within me is now ablaze
