Don't ask me why I'm gloomy,
don't ask me why I'm sad.
My mommy's leaving me,
why do I feel so bad?
Don't ask me why I'm mad,
don't ask me why I'm hurt.
My mommy's leaving me,
I have no one but him left.
Don't ask me why I'm furious,
don't ask me why I'm upset.
My mommy's leaving me,
But what has happened I won't forget.
Don't ask me why I'm happy,
don't ask me why I'm glad.
Just ask me why I love him,
and I'll reply this way......
I love him cause he's mine,
I love him cause he's fine,
I love him cause no matter what he's always worth my time,
I love him cause he makes me smile, and makes me laugh..
Just because I love him!
So, don't ask me why I'm crying,
just ask me why I'm smiling.
Because my answer is simply,
because the man standing next to me made me this way!
