I'm tired of all this crap that happens everyday
Wake up in da mornin and waitin for a call
Cuz been up all weekend fillin out papers and all
Interviews last few minutes or not at all
Wanna hit a joint but that ain't da way ta roll
I'm tired too tired cuz i gotta lot to deal wit
Wonder wat i'm gon do if can't getta damn job
Maybe work a qp to get up and roll
Makin easy money to pay for my school
I know it ain't right but damn its hard
Da ppl in suits lookin at me wit a scowl
I'm tired man I can't sleep at night
Head up to hospital get pills to sleep tight
Cuz if I smoke this jay my ***** ain't right
2 more fails and i'm outta this town tonite
Find anotha place ta put my head down man dat ain't right
I'm tired Lord can ya help tonite
I know u can cuz u make everythin work right
Jes gotta keep it real between myself and Jesus
And I bet ya wonderin why I keep writin like this
I'm tired and tired and jes anotha guy
So mind ya own bizness before I get crazy tonite
But last of all I'm gonna say this right now
Thank you Lord for makin me write
Cuz nothing in this world will fill my soul tonite
Help me Lord and hold me tight
Cuz I really don't wanna fall back into my past life
