The Voices In My Head

Contributed by oreo910 on Tuesday, 18th April 2006 @ 12:58:47 PM in AEST
Topic: DarkPoetry

There's voices in my head,
Are saying words better left unsaid,
They're screaming in my ears,
Sound that no one else hears,
The sound of anger louder than the drums,
I can't describe them but the parts are not equal to it's sums,
The yelling so violent screaming they know no joy
Tears I only cry inside like a broken toy,
The loud noise of my broken spirit
They scream out the words and I can only hear it,
I desperately try to run away from the sound,
But the only way to rid them is to be six feet under ground,
My life is not that bad it only hurts when I see close my eyes,
I go crazy with all the screams and cries,
The voices in my head love to torcher my mind,
But my wisdom knows better to not get behind,
I just need a friend to tell me it's okay,
To help me make the noise go away,
The voices in my head scream their depression,
I need something powerful than God some kind of resurection,
They love to see me suffer and to see my pain,
All the noise will drive someone insane,
Shut up I scream to the ceiling above my bed,
But nothing can silence the voices in my head.
