ill tell you that I'm happy for you

ill fake a million smiles for you
and i wont complain at all when i do
ill pretend that it don't bother me
ill hide my broken heart
ill just pretend that its all OK
ill save my tears for another day
ill shake her hand
ill bless your love

ill save you from my unhappiness

ill pretend that i don't envy her
for bein' by your side
even though i know my jealousy
is something i cant hide
i can try to hide the hurt in my eyes
when i see you face to face

when i feel your warm embrace
ill pretend that it don't bother me,

ill hide myself, ill look away
when i feel a tear comin' on
