Happiness comes from within,
a smile from ear to ear,
It makes us all want to grin,
When we see someone cheer,
Happiness is sometimes hard to find,
We look for it, day to day,
Happiness is within our mind,
or with things people say,
Find that happiness once in a while,
It helps your beauty grow,
everyone loves to see a smile,
It gives a face such glow,
Happiness makes the heart strong,
it builds character,
It may not last very long,
and that is a factor,
But never the less,try that happy place,
you will understand why,
It lightens up a very sad face,
may even make you cry!
