I am always lying to myself. I cannot help it. If I do not I will die.
Others can see her, I see nothing. Others acknowledge her, I acknowledge nothing. Others hear her, I hear echoes on the breeze.
My lies shelter me. My lies hide me. My lies keep me from reality, The reality that I lie to myself.

This is how you know something Really came from the writers own experiences, when you read it, and it's exactly how you feel...then you know it's real emotion...Awesome poem.. |
