Been trying too hard

Contributed by cutestmofo on Wednesday, 26th April 2006 @ 11:33:54 PM in AEST
Topic: LostLove

i've been trying so hard to make you smile
trying so hard to make you fly
i've been your wings since i can remember
been your friend from january to december
been doin it all for you

the closer we are the further we get
from where i wanted us to be
the more love i give the more love you give to me
the more i try to smile and try to love i still can not forget
the more i visualize i realize that we can never be together

so am taken aback at where am at and am trying to see the way
the way to majestic symphonies, harmonies am just trying to let it out
i 'll love you till the day i die till the day i refuse to shout
i say it in confidents to end arguments of wat i really wanna say
so i pray and wait for the time of day the second i can say the truth
so now these are the hardest words to say
