Anger

Topic: AngryPoetry

It is uncontrollable, its a raging beast inside you

And you dont know if you can control it anymore

So you bust out, releasing the strength of the beast

It releases a shockwave of mayhem, chaos, and rage

Once its released, there is no controlling it

Adrenaline courses through your body, making you feel invincible

You attack, not knowing the consequences

He is down and out, your beast runs back to its dwelling

The authorities come, looking at the body, looking at you

And while your getting hauled off your thinking, What have I done?

Hes going to the morgue, and so will you, all because the beast inside you

Wonderful Poem. I loved how you referred to the anger as "The Beast." Good work!

sometimes its better just to laugh at that particular individual, turn around and walk away.. this will save you a lot of hardship down the road after you've had time to calm down and think about what actually occurred and the consequences that you must now face and learn to lived with...trust me I know...great write...jh

That's exactly how I feel. Anger is a big part of my life. When it let it out, it feels SO right. After "the beast" is unleashed you think, "wtf have i done?" You want 2 go back, but you can't. It's frustrating.

This poem touched base with me in my life today. Good job. Very in your face. Luvs it!

l8ter.
