I sighed in relief, the day you did leave,
My chest unclenched, again I could breath,
I know that sounds horriable, but I worried about you,
The things you did scared me, I did'nt understand all you'd been through,
You were doing better, in the time you were away,
And so was I getting happier, day by day,
A huge weight was lifted off my shoulders,
You werent my problem anymore, as much as my concience told us,
But now your walking straight back into my life, and all I feel is scared,
I've changed so much and so have you, Im afraid we cant be spared,
Its almost like were travelling, fast forward in reverse,
All our progress erased, just like were cursed,
Do you see the agony in my eyes, or just the fake smile on my face,
I cant handle you back again, I need more time... more space.
