You Cant have your answer
You cant have your peace
And youve never had control of your life
Your soul can never be saved
And your mind will never be at rest
Contentment cannot be for us
Scream
Existence is a paradox
Nothing is as it seems
Answers are all lies
And deception is what we believe
Deception is what we breath
Have it
It fills your lungs
It is in the air
It is behind all structures
It holds us up
Complex concepts and equations
Driving us mad
Coming from our own minds
Trying to explain what is never still
Always changing
Nothing ever true or false
Made of everything
All layers of our reality
Our own conception
Our insanity fills all the silence
And it echoes our plight into the void
Hoping
For something
Will our stories ever be heard
Will our questions ever be necessary
Will our answers ever really explain anything
Is anything really there

| Gosh i have explored the same concepts, thinking i was the only one. A rather powerful piece. Thought provoking and well expressed from the dark chaos of these emotions. Yes...interesting words. |

I got a dose of my own insanity a bit ago and am reading this now, in the wee hours, while waiting for the upsidedownedness to right itself again, so to speak. On the upside (pun not intended) - from this perspective, I think I can appreciate this more. I think you're quite correct... moments of clarity are rare occurances, and mental chaos is more often the norm. What a ride, huh?

| very good on the dark side of life.....too many people have no idea how many people lie to their face....and just go on with thir day like nothing ever happened....so very good write....short and sweet and right to the point....that nobody can be trusted....not even our-selfs. |
