War Is Hell

Contributed by big_B on Monday, 1st May 2006 @ 05:02:13 PM in AEST
Topic: war

Its war, they say
hes ecstatic
gas prices are rising
she,s dramatic

Hes going to war
Shes staying home
Balling her eyes out
While hes on the rome

On the plane
He was thinking
I had a great life,
Now Im leaving

He arrived on land
With her pic in his hand
Then he met a guy
He said his name was stan

After a time of talk
They were good friends
It was time to run
that wouldnt end

After all the training
they had a week
the general was excited
he cryed him self to sleep

He found out his wife was cheating
He thought she was the one
She said she couldnt trust him
Now he cant wait for war to come

He woke to a boom
Hearing pops and wizzing
He was scared as hell
Praying for a blessing

He ran to the hilly sands
It was sunny outside
He was at the top of the hill
He had nowhere to hide

He saw a man with a gun
At the bottom of the hill
It was his best friend, stan
He said ,shoot to kill.

Stan was blinded by the sun
Not knowing it was his friend
He killed him with three shots
Stan put him to his end

War isnt the best thing
We should settle it with peace
With guns in our holsters
No one ever is at ease

Our lives already suck
War cant make it well
When people die everyday
War is just more hell
