You Could Fall In Love With Me

Contributed by joker17 on Tuesday, 2nd May 2006 @ 07:14:25 PM in AEST
Topic: LovePoetry

My pillow will get lonely now
I know that I wont sleep
Theres too much in my memory
And in my heart too deep.

I hate the thought of drifting off
And waking without you
And knowing it will be so long
Wont help me make it through.

Were only at the first step
There is no right or wrong
But love could be forever
If the two of us belong.

Im aching and Im waiting
For both of us to know
Lets spend more time together
And see if feelings flow.

I know now that I love you
I knew it when we met
Your smile and all your beauty
Not a moment Ill forget.

But I could wait my lifetime
And more, to be with you
Id rather take the next step
For love that feels so true.

I want you just as you are
And I love the girl I see
So tell me that you feel it
That You Could Fall In Love With Me.

Wow, if she doesn't fall in love with you, Im sure that someone will eventually. Hopes it works out for the best for ya, if not, keep your head high and it will happen one day.
