I know there are some I should hate,
But I dont, all I can give is forgiveness,
And in that since and that since alone,
I am the most free spirit you have ever known.
Someone once asked,
How I could be so happy,
Yet so sad at the same time?
Thats easy,
I have forgiven all that have hurt me,
I just am still haunted by the nightmares.
Yet when the morning comes,
Peace with the sunlight,
And I forgive, yes, I forgive you.
For everything you did,
Everything you said,
For the hard time you put me through,
And for the lies you spread,
The pain you caused and the tears you brought,
Matter not now, not ever,
Because with all my heart I live,
For I forgive.

| brilliant....if only we could all feel this way....to forgive those ppl and those things that hurt you the most, even while still haunted by the nightmares....i wish i could come to this point...but here i am still writting hateful things about the terrible things that happen to me....i look up to you for this write....this makes you so strong..the type of strong that can never be knocked down...awsome job on expressing this. thank you. |
