I stood in god's palace with a face full of lost Wondering where the clouds went The soundless peering into the countless I, just an immigrant amidst citizens of the infinite Colorblind to the happenings Channeling thoughts until the antenna bleeds A sample of life beyond flesh and blood Trading death for love And step above The end we touch Hand cuffed to heaven Dreaming of escape from god's estate Float across the lake of fire To unlock a state of higher thought Pious not But still divine Killed my mind twice and saw trinity Walking boundless The floor just a thought I clung to From inverted ideas of how to and what to Waltzing magic through corridors of soundscapes Interacting with manic blind clowns Pockets full of heavy Passing pictures of Emily's extended family Humming tragedy under my breath Leapt from now to next with headless expectation Through mazes made from the blood of sages Traced my outline for fear of assimilation I didn't want to blend because forever still scared me

Whoa...this spoke to me.
"I didn't want to blend because forever still scared me."; a thought that I've had before in the past.
Beautiful. |
