On a blank piece of paper,
Create a picture with words,
Soul open and baring,
A want to be heard.
Inspiration all that guides you,
Gather the deepest of thoughts,
Reading over and over
So nothing is forgot.
Sentences that secrete
From the depths of your soul,
Paint a story of life experience,
That wants to be told.
Just you and a pencil,
Composing your creation,
The feelings you hide in a secret place,
Maybe fact of maybe fiction.
You sit and you ponder,
Until your feelings can be seen,
The paper covered with a piece of you,
And your thoughts have been set free.
