I stopped taking drugs
And lost all my inspiration
Every word I say is so empty
Stupid and meaningless
I stopped jumping off a bridge
And lost all my sanity
Now I cannot stop looking
Out of the window for new clouds
I stopped watching television
And dried my eyes
I started walking on the tracks
To look death in its eyes
I stopped living
And the world finally makes sense
I returned my inspiration, my sanity
And my loved tears
But it is no good 6 feet under
No paper, no pen and no light
It all makes my beautiful words
Worthless

wow... I love the emotion and slight imagery. It's like a powerful warning to those who think death is the answer. Though you may feel worthless in life, death will find you worth that much less.
