I sit and I wonder.
why must I fight for something I don't have?
why can't I stop trying and move on?
I can't make a difference even if I tried.
I've been holding back
Holding it in and sealing it tight.
not letting it escape the volt that i've built inside myself.
no one seems to understand
the pain is hard and I can't seem to bare.
I just wish I could open my hand and let go of all the things I've reached for and let go of all the memories I've held on to.
I want to let it loose.
theres no reason to hold on
if it's in the past leave it there
i don't need your memeory.
