The scissors are there
Within my sight
Cold hard metal
Make it alright
It hurts so much
You left me alone
I lose myself slowly
In this cold empty home
My tears are black
My hands are cold
My heart would pound
When I was yours to hold
Pain is my cure
It's all I can do
To forget about this
Forget about you
I lie down by myself
And look to the sky
And pray to God
That I will survive
I doubt that I will
'Cause you were my life
And now that you're gone
I'm far from alright
My soul ran away
My heart disappeared
This was my nightmare
The scissors inch near

Oh wow, Good write but please don't hurt yourself... I really did like the poem though.
"The scissors inch near" I especially like that! Good personification & imagery!
