what happened to lonliness

What happened to loneliness?
Where did the coldness go?
My heart now basks in fire
And no longer dwells in snow

Why did the darkness leave?
And the sunlight stays behind?
When the shadows go astray
And happiness is all I can find

How come my heart stop breaking?
Did the reaper come too soon?
My soul is now uplifted
As my spirit dances on the moon

But what stopped my sorrowful madness?
And gave me this great feeling new?
It must be this fine hour
And all the love I received from you!
