Opening the doors, I see a new place A world I was cut off from in my childhood Here the people, are of multiple colors Some full of life, others full of death A world where wounds heal, and pain fades away A world far from perfect, but it's here that I want to stay Strange new world, it is indeed This place has no sun, everything rests constantly under the moon And the gentle kisses of shining starlight I feel so at home here, I doubt I'll ever leave In this stange new world, where happiness can be felt And suicide isn't an option, and no longer a solution As a calming peace falls over my soul In this strange new world, that I now call home
