Self destruct, finger on the button and push
A million different ways to destroy through self abuse
Fill your lungs with toxins
Or shove them in your veins
Pour them in your gullet
Or any orifice that remains
Live life in the fast lane

Fill gaps and gaping holes

Looking for Nirvana

Discard the bothers of this world

Feeling mellow, safe and warm
Reach that plateau divine

Suddenly it strikes you, is this the way its meant to be?

Your must run to make your mark
Speed, haste, a kick up the arse
No self-realisation if on your bum you park
Park it, shove it, kick it or kiss

| Nice write. The flow was kinda choppy, then stabilized in the end. Then again, that does kinda go along with the poem well. |
