in this world
where i do not belong
i see my every move
my every mistake wrong
nothing i do
or ever pursue
nothing i wish for
will ever come true
my eyes see a world
were everyone else knows love
everyone else better then me
everyone else above
a wasted life
that is mine
always less worthy
then that of thine
in my muted tears
i write this solitary song
i see a world in which
i do not belong
